You can add customer notes that appear on your ordering screen, each time that customer orders.

For example, if a customer likes their coffee extra extra hot, you can simply add a note!

 

Click on Customers from the 365cups Menu Bar and select Add Notes from the drop down menu.

 

 

Type a message in Store Notes, click Update to save the note in the system.

The next order that arrives, will have the note on the screen:
